Woodridge Apartments

I love Woodridge Apartments! They are very diligent at ensuring the neighborhood is safe, clean, and habitable. A lot of complexes you have to call maintenance to ensure your apartment is not being neglected. Well, not a Woodridge, they’ve provided me with a new patio door. They also install new air vents periodically, and they always go above and beyond to keep the outside premises of the neighborhood clean. The market is expensive , but if you need an apartment. This place might be your best option in respect to pricing and standards. I’ve been living her for 11/2 with minimal to no problems. Pleased and surprising!

Please don’t move here! I just moved here, June 25th to be exact and this place is horrible! They lied and said they sprayed often but they don’t so the bug problem on the first floors have gotten bad. I’ve had maintenance at my house since the 2nd day of moving in cause there’s a new problem everyday and the excuse they give you is that your building is older than the other ones. Doesn’t mean it should be kept like this cause it’s old. I’ve had everything from plumbing problems to electrical problems and I’ve only been here a month. They charge you almost 1400 and to be fair, I’ve had a way nicer place on Mill centre road where they were only charging me 1390 and I have NO problems at all living there besides noisy neighbors above me. For the price and all the problems we’ve had, the rent here isn’t worth it.
