I ordered a pizza online tonight, I use the app and waited patiently. Looking at the tracker and saw that it was at the "in prep" stage for an hour. So my wife called, was hung up on the first time, then was told that we have a 3 hour wait time... she called back and asked for a refund. The employee that was speaking had a very dismissive tone of voice and was rude in the words she chose. I don't rate businesses like this lightly. I fully understand and know what it's like to work in the food industry. However, this was not a pleasant experience and I would reccomend that customers are forewarned of any long waiting times and that employees try their best to maintain some positive attitude despite a big dinner rush.

Pizza, chicken wings, lava cake.... Can't beat it. They have come a long way in the past few years. Even the guy in the pizza van (attached photo) enjoys Dominos every once in awhile. A little more quality over speed. And my daughter likes the chalkboard in the waiting area.

Had a delivery order that was 15 minutes past the projected email's delivery time, and the order had still not arrived. I called just to make sure the order was on the way, Manager 'Liz' lets slip that the delivery has not even left yet …
