Yesterday I went to get medicine at this pharmacy, there are 2 types of medicine but one is not correct. Fortunately, the next day my wife gave medicine to the doctor when she went to the doctor, if the wrong medicine was given to the patient, it would be very dangerous. I will never go back to this pharmacy and will give 0 stars to this place.

I had a COVID vaccine appointment at 2:30. I got there at 2:10 and got my vaccine at 2:50. Hopefully this gives you some sense how inefficient this place is. The staff were kinda lukewarm towards customers. Won’t go there again for my prescriptions or vaccines.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Came here every day for the last week trying to get medication that I need for a chronic condition. Waited an hour+ every time just for them to say my insurance was wrong and not help at all. Finally, they figured out their issue with the insurance but couldn’t fill the script and said to come back the next day. Come back today and they lost my information and had to redo everything just for them to say they didn’t have my medication because their shipment didn’t come in this week. What I don’t understand is why they wouldn’t offer to send my script elsewhere at the beginning of the week considering they had the script since last Monday. It’s now been 10 days and I just got my script. This was beyond frustrating especially when no one had any kind of sympathy or compassion for people who need their medication. Will never be back and warn others from coming to this location if they need medication that is time sensitive.

Efficiency is very low...each vaccine from paper work to immunization does need to wait at least 1 hour...
