Very disappointed on the management of this trailer park...anybody can take anybody to court for the most petty reason! Don't you think these people already feel pressured from life, look where they live! Come on management..why not listen to those who live in the trailer allow them to make up rules that protect there freedom, to do and say what the people want..without being threatened for court.. because they are using the little bit of property..that actually belongs to the neighbors!y uncle is Romano D...take care of him!

HOA fees are cutrently 200/mo. We do not own the land. This is likely to go up significantly if the mobile home owners purchase the park. The park is also in litigation with the owner over a discontinuance filed. Change is emminent an we are hopegul thst it will be within the next year.

If you and the rest of the board please contact Jeff Martin regarding his tenant that to this very day is ruining my property via smoke, animal and human waste that has taken it's toll in all aspects of my life. There are three man made paths to my home, that property also has the shed open for use of damaging my home. every single day. Rich was late to court yesterday because he was trashing my home. This home wich has cost an unexpected amount to fix is close to being uninhabitable. Please have the board help so i can live freely as everyone else. One animal has passed away from this, almost all my furniture was ruined with dog feces blown threw my home that was put in all my ac units, 4 people have been arrested over this. It's fine time this is stopped. Not once have i or could ever imagine that this is allowed here being in the decaying state the park as a whole is, and what the board are trying to achieve. Hundreds of waste trucks we have been exposed to 24/7 is enough

The company that owns this property does not do rentals. That being said independent homeowners within the park have the option to sublet. At this time I am not aware of anyone subletting in the park. But we do have a couple of mobile homes up for sale if that interest you at all.
