They don't take gift cards and they didn't have paper for recipe. The cashier at the drive thru was friendly. Their fried chicken and sides are still very good despite other issues I had with them this time and previous times (missing orders).

Used drive-thru, haven't really had a good experience from this location in years. I just tried again after a year and nothing has changed. The quality is lacking, the biscuits were not buttered and dry, the chicken looked like it was under a heat lamp all day and they forgot the fact with the mashed potatoes, had to confirm my simple order multiple times, 8 piece family, dark, spicy, with mash and gravy. O well, I guess I'm done with this Popeyes.

We ordered drive through 2 times in 3 weeks. Both time they made big mistake on our orders. When we ask for spicy, they give us mild. When we ask for non-spicy, they gave us spicy. These guys need some serious training.

I had some disappointing times coming here to this Popeyes. One day I drove here at night just after they closed the inside, the drive thru was only open and I ordered a Mac and cheese, red beans and rice and a soda. Get to the window and grab my order, everything looked fine until I drank my soda and it was lemonade that tasted horrible like straight sugar. I drove back to drive thru and tried to get a new drink, not only was the drink bad but they were skimpy on the Mac and cheese. It wasn't filled to the top. So I asked the man to give us one free side order for the hassle but he was stubborn and said no. I asked nicely again and he finally said ok and threw the drink away. I will not come here again. Very skimpy and rude. Also several times Id order and they wouldn't give a receipt or put napkins in my bag. The only good order was the Hottie sandwich for me.
