I love wandering around this store, looking for all those things I didn't know I needed! They have just about everything. Employees are friendly, helpful and respectful.

For the some of things I was looking for, they've changed from a deeply discounted inventory to nearly full price. They don't even carry some of the things I used to go there regularly to buy. Looks like they've removed shelves and reduced selections too. Everything I liked about this store is gone. I won't be returning... there is no point.

First, I needed to return something. told the lady "I got this as a gift, but as Kohl's shipped it in an envelope, I need to return it for a credit." She immediately scanned the gift receipts and said, "it's been credited to your Kohl's account", to which I responded, "You mean the Kohl's account of the gift giver?" After buying a few things, we got to check out. A number of items were on clearance and were clearly labeled. When they did not ring up for the price they were labeled as, the associate just looked up at us, said the higher price while pointing at it at the screen, and then proceeded to the next item without batting an eye. After we were overcharged for almost everything, I presented my 30% off coupon and and $10 Kohl's cash. She couldn't get either to scan, so just grabbed a standard 15% off coupon and scanned it instead. After being told I needed to pay twice what I expected my invoice to be, I presented my Kohl's card, which would not swipe or scan. Tried three times. She then had to "look me up" using my driver's license. When we finally made it to the exit, the alarm system at the door started going off like a fire alarm. The cashier had missed a number of security tags. I had to go back in and have all of the tags removed. This is the worst Kohl's with the worst associates in Kohl's history.

Cashier asked me if I wanted to open a Kohl's credit card & I declined, but she asked me twice more, wouldn't quit. I understand that employees get some kind of perk when they get a customer to open a Kohl's credit card, but they should be …

It's not a big Sports department they have some things but you better off going to Big 5
