Dealing with Georgia (Travel Agent) has been a horrible experience. First off, this place has banker's hours. And even within the 6 hours per day, they are open, the door is often locked with no one inside. They can't use email. You'll have to give them your email address multiple times only to receive an email flight confirmation that looks like was made on Microsoft DOS. Want to put your email confirmation on your iPhone? Not here. You'll have to print it and take it with you to the airport. But the best thing is when she booked me a flight back that didn't allow me a carry-on. I travel with some equipment that due to FAA regulations can not be check-in. It must come on board with me. I was only told I could not bring my carry-on with me when I was boarding the plane. I called and text Georgia to try to figure out what was wrong as I was boarding but - big surprise she would not pick up the phone nor answer texts. She insists that she didn't do anything wrong and this whole thing is because "I'm an unhappy sad person who needs God'. Honestly, I don't even know what to say about that. But you should never do business with this company unless you like to be stranded thousands of miles from home and having to pay hundreds of dollars to fix a mistake they refuse to take responsibility for. I hope this helps someone else avoid all the headaches and stress they caused me.
