This last experience was gross.... waitress was inattentive and rude. The drinks we ordered were the Titos lemonade, clearly was not Titos vodka. We ordered the date night and the steak tasted like it was cooked from frozen. Also tasted like it was getting old. The lobster tail was good and the shrimp was OK.... the entire experience was bad.

I would say 8 times out of 10, it is a great dining experience. Food and drinks are usually very well prepared and the wait staff is great. On the occasion, you may catch the restaurant on an "off day" where they don't quite their rhythm. My fiancee also thinks the portions of rice are small (she is quite fond of rice). 🤣

Awhile back we went around lunch it was a great experience. This last time around dinner we walk in and there's two sets of customers already waiting while more keep coming in. No one was greeting or anything like that. After 10 mins someone finally came out to man the front and let everyone waiting know it's going to be a 20 min wait even though we waited 10 mins and the other two sets of customers were waiting even longer. It was something else.

My nephew wanted to try red lobster his friends love it. I wanted to take him to point lobster. Enough said. This place is the worst. Service horrible. Food I won't give to my dog. Freezer to fryer. Mrs Paul's or Gordon's is better.

You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.
The do not have a sealed room, but they do have a section that can accommodate larger parties. The restaurant will not respond to posts made here (usually).

Masks and tables socially distant. Menu different , personal ketchup, plastic cups for drinking. Felt very safe.
