This is my first apartment and I absolutely love it. The place was full of space. And with rent it includes everything which is honestly a huge help so I don’t have a million bills. Really recommend if it’s hard to pay a ton of bills because rent includes heat and hot water. So less bills

I couldn't be happier to call Mill Pond Village home. The leasing staff especially Johanna are fantastic and always willing to help/work with you and the maintenance staff is the best! Definitely don't plan on going anywhere any time soon!
