As previous customers have complained there seems to be a serious issue with the staff’s ability to provide proper customer service. The staff’s poor attitude, lack of training, and compulsive lying gives CVS a bad name. Called to inquire about a job at this location, politely asked to speak to a manger, only to have an employee tell me they ‘couldn’t find him’ then transferred me over to a different department (pharmacy) who wasn’t even hiring (which is fine). My main issue was I called back again to hopefully reach the general manager this time, I was rudely told ‘he’s busy’ by different employee, then immediately placed on hold before I could get a word in, only to be transferred back to a pharmaceutical manager who now told me they didn’t have a general store manager and they are currently working on hiring one…. I’m not too sure what store operates on not even having a general manager, but there seems to be a wide range of dysfunction and lack of professionalism at this location. My issue wasn’t that they “weren’t hiring” it’s going through the unnecessary dishonest process of finding out they weren’t hiring. Gladly I will not be working here and have zero interest in doing so. There’s a lack in class when it comes to some of the employees that are there which screams as a toxic work environment. The store will continue to suffer if they don’t make serious changes

Honestly not a bad location my only real issue is the pharmacy they can take forever and even have told me orders were ready when they weren't even in the process of being filled yet. Over all they will get what you need done just not as efficient as other locations.

The most incompetent ppl I've ever come across. Every month. Always a problem. You can talk to 5 ppl in the pharmacy and each one will tell you something different. Ridiculous. Get it together or switch professions.
