I have been a member of this gym since it opened. It was always a matter of convenience for me. I mostly would come in and do cardio and minimal weight lifting as I don’t know what I’m doing. However, after several months observing Lina train other members, Observing their progress, I decided to give the training a try with Lina. Lina is phenomenal. She creates such a warm and welcoming environment with the members in her class. It truly feels like a gym family with the bonus of REAL results. Lina is such an asset to this gym!

Celine Sullivan (CeCe)

This is the first gym that I’ve gone to that truly felt like a family! I absolutely love the atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and motivating. Lina in particular is incredible! Since working out, my strength has increased so much. She truly goes above and beyond for all of her clients and you can tell that she genuinely cares about your well-being. She’s completely changed my outlook on working out and eating healthy. I always leave the gym now feeling happy and accomplished. I highly recommend this gym!

Honestly, I joined this gym because it was closer to home and the hours made it convenient before work. But the classes with Lina are way beyond whatever I could imagine. What she has done and how she has pushed me in such a different way is. 🤙🏼🔥. I look forward to the classes, the way she has transformed my body and the motivation she brings.

The gym is pretty great! But the staff makes it even better! Amanda is awesome, if you have a problem she is super quick to get back to you and is really nice. Lina is literally an angel, she is the best at keeping you motivated and taking her classes are so much fun! I always leave the gym feeling bubbly and excited for the next class with Lina!!
