This was my first visit and it was during the Pandemic but they let me know before coming in that I would need to show up wearing a mask and arrive early. They also took all measures to make sure everyone was distanced and had masks on. I arrived about 30 minutes early and was taken to a room right away but then I waited a long time for my appointment, not only because I was early but also because the doctor was running behind. Just wish they didn't tell us to come so early on the phone. Also when you book your appointment, they say to leave a card on file but they won't charge it, I made clear of that because I have HSA but wanted to use my Credit Card for fraud protection, but I had bought some lotion there and they had already charged my card before I even got to the front desk and I heard another man complaining about the same thing. So if you are asked, I would decline to leave a card on file. Dr. Descote was great, I really thought she was professional and that she was taking good care of me and took all my concerns very seriously. I will make sure I always request her if I have a choice. She made suggestions and helped me with my appointment. The assistant, after the doctor left told me she would get me sample of something until I bought some at the store but she never came back or brought me the sample. I do wish they didn't charge the card so quickly, after telling me they would not charge it unless I said so and also when I booked my appointment the woman on the phone made a big deal about having my insurance card information, which at the time of the call I didn't have physically on me. She was refusing to book my appointment even though I said I was coming either way (even if insurance wasn't covered), I had to fight the woman on the phone about this, she was finally able to just look me up in the system and find me and told me that I would need to bring my card in when I visited but no one asked for my card when I was there. Just seems weird that you can't even book an appointment even if you wanted to pay cash.
