While we do cover most of the parts under warranty and high-level service contracts, there are some parts that have limited warranty or are not covered. Many of the parts that come into contact with media or solution are not covered.
Although there is no formal requirement, we recommend annual preventative maintenance to be conducted. We also recommend PM to be performed before any qualification activity.
Our engineers have up-to-date training on the equipment they qualify and service. Many of them have previously worked with other instrument companies and have the knowledge to support their equipment.
