Terrible customer service - waited for over 15 minutes to get a bag of bagels and cream cheese. There were 5 employees, including the manager, and only one person was helping the customers despite a long line. The rest were hanging out behind the counter and talking to one another. At first I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but then it just got ridiculous when they seemed to be taking all costs to avoid customer interaction.

Poor employees are way understaffed. The three person management team are rockstars. They’re trying their best to get people trained but the new people don’t stay longer than a week. One think I like to say… if you have a problem with how fast we’re moving through the line that goes out the door, put in an application and come help us speed it up.

I have visited this location a few times on my way to work. This last visit, it was busy and they didn't have many people working in the front. I was highly disappointed in the condition of the bagel making area. The board was dirty, and no one bothered to wipe it off. They just kept making people's bagels on this same dirty surface. I didn't see anyone clean any of the knives either. I also didn't see anyone change their gloves after touching other things. Needless I left without leaving an order.
