This place seemed to have been hit hard by COVID. The person who was working there was very personable, friendly and helpful. The tanning side had closed because of COVID, the machine I wanted to use literally took 15 minutes to insert coins, because the coin mechanism was broken, but the nice person who worked there patiently put the coins in until it took them all. When I took my blanket out, I didn't think it would still have so much water in it. I chose not to dry it in the laundromat. I think that the owners need to do a little work on the equipment, but keep your staff person, he helps others overlook the opportunities for improvement the location needs.

The staff lady was amazing! I dont know her name, but she greeted me as soon as I entered the building. She made sure I had the right sized machine and the right temperature for my rugs. She even put my quarters in ("because there's a trick to getting the machine's to take them"). When I left, she thanked me for coming in. If she stays, I'll consider coming back.

Took my son's yearly wash, the lady working on site was very helpful, clean, well maintained, and several choices for machines. Both dryer and washers were economical and in about 30 minutes each were in & out quicky
