Our family’s favorite go to place for coffee and doughnuts. Campfire mocha and turtle mocha are the best. Spacious seating and it’s fun for kids to draw on the blackboard.

I've gone to this location for 2 or 3 years now and love it, however recent change in staff has unfortunately made the coffee loose quality. I always get a turtle mocha cooler as my drink, and the past two times it has been very watery, to the point where I wonder if they just eyeball the amount of syrup they are meant to put in? Rather then measuring? I have no clue, but I digress, I pay extra for extra milk chocolate and extre Carmel in these , and so not getting my moneys worth is a real bummer. Last time I purchased an extra large, and it was a waste of money, this time I purchased a large just to be careful and it was even more watery somehow. Since the workers are still new, I totally understand them getting better or gaining more knowledge through time, but I think I'll be giving this location a long break, which is a bummer, cause they finally just started staying open until 5 again when they kept closing at 3. If the customer service reps ask for details on the workers, I can give them, but really I think they just need some time and more training! And maybe some measuring! Other then this. The location has always been pleasant. Thank you!

I dont recommend this location. This was the second time I have been turned away and told they weren't taking orders because they are too busy. Your a coffee shop. You can't spare 2 seconds to pull a lever and hand me coffee? Won't waste my time here again.Thanks for letting us know about your visit. We are sorry to hear your visit wasn’t great.
