PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE SERVICE FROM worst company ever. During covid they didn't send anyone to do the reading ( of course to save money), and they continue to do so 2022( of course saving more money on customer's back) . I called to question why I got a charge of 200+ for two bedroom apartment?????? We even didn't used heat for almost the entire month. the customer service person was super rude and ended the call. Ridiculous prices without any reason. This company should close no one in this company

If it's on a profile on line, go to account overview, they'll be account settings where banking can be removed or changed.
Between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Once the bill is paid or an agreement is made with customer service they have 24h to turn power back on. If you mean a time frame, they will send notices in the mail warning of imminent termination of power. While there is no specific time frame, they can show up the day after the notice is given to you.
