I ordered a Big Mac and a cup of coffee. The cashier told me that they did not have any coffee but I can have a sweet tea. I took the sweet tea, after I paid, I noticed that there was a pot of coffee behind the counter in the coffee station. I don't know, maybe they had too much sweet tea and they wanted to get rid of it.

The reason why I gave them that ratings is because I did not get no Ranch sauce for my nuggets and they put sweet and sour sauce in my bag and I did not ask for that.

Customer service is the worst! We get it you hate your job but for it’s not fair for paying customers. Waited ten minutes for small fries and when I ask the management is so rude does not even acknowledge you, never the less the other employees. Disgusting to have a whole team who does not care about customer service , the manager was the worst one!!! When asked he ignored like no one is there. Rudest I’ve ever seen! Do better!!!
