The staff were kind and friendly. The breakfast area is decent and staff keep it full. The rooms/location are the worst I've experienced at a Hampton. Outdated, falling apart, and nonstop semi noise <100 yards from your room.

I wish I had booked soon enough to secure a room at the Hilton Garden Inn nearby. Architecturally, this place reminded me of the cheap hotels I stayed in growing up. The business center is the size of a phone booth and hasn't had a computer or printer since the start of COVID-19, according to the desk clerk. I booked 1 Queen Bed Nonsmoking. It was tiny! No couch or chair to lounge in, other than the desk chair Small bathroom. And the "closet" was literally 12" deep! The decor is decent, although the hallway carpet needed replace several years ago, and the wallpaper will make you nostalgic for the 1980s. They need to pipe Muzak over the speakers to make the experience complete.

Positive: The location was very convenient for me. The breakfast was hot and tasty with lots of choices. It was quiet. Negative: My bed was not soft enough for me. I will need to purchase a topper for any future stays.

During my recent stay at the Findlay Hampton Inn (RM 319) I noticed several cracks in the wall corner next to the exit door/stairway, which I believe is from the hotel foundation settling. The cracks are easily noticeable by the general public and is concerning due to the safety issues the cracks could lead to. I have attached pictures of the cracks and other issues from my stay. Where is the General Manager or Owner and not seeing these issues before hand.
