Every time I order a curbside pick up, I have to go physically inside to get my order. What is the point of curbside pick up if I have to go on? What annoys me the most is going inside and telling the staff “I have a curbside pick up order” to which they reply “its over there” like at least apologize for not paying attention to my car that’s been parked for the past 10 minutes.

I’m sorry, I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this is just tragic. This is NOT ONE cream, this is ALL cream. There is absolutely no coffee in this whatsoever, what a waste of money. I didn’t even have time to go back in because I was going to be late to work. I’m not sure if it was just another off day or what, but every time I get coffee from here it’s never made right.

Because of Ms. Gabielle Perez, I love this Dunkin Donuts. She made my visit to this particular location pleasant and friendly. Whoever her employer is, you're lucky to have her as a worker. If I could give her 10 stars, I would without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Patience and kindness goes a long way. Thanks Gabrielle for a good customer experience.

I go here often bc it’s on my way to work . But the last few times it’s been terrible . I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. the meant was still frozen. I couldn’t go back to get a new one . So I let it go . Today I got a bagel with cream cheese that’s what I got . This is what I paid for .
