I know believe everyone here has issues with the short old Dominican lady, she has now taken off the handle for the bathroom usage. I had previously had a argument with her not so long ago and this is sincerely my last chance here doing business, either fire the lady or pretty soon those customers will leave.

This is my favorite 24 hour laundry to go to . The lady Vicky is so nice and keeps the place so clean. No one bothers you. It's safe. There's a bathroom if needed. Vending machine for snacks.

First time ever going there, the place is very clean and prices are equivalent to most other places. The lady who works at night tho is EXTREMELY RUDE and very UNWELCOMING. I didn’t know that you needed to have exact change to load the card as I stated before it was my first time and many other places will break large bills ($50). She also made me feel like I was a bother to her since she was on the phone the WHOLE time I was there. I washed, dried, and folded 3 large machine’s. Maybe management can give her a crash course in customer service because if not they are slowly but surely going to lose all customers. As for me sadly I will never patronize this business again.
