Edit - just had to say the store is still great, and Ben went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the strings he put on the guitar so I could see how it would feel with ‘my’ set up. I know they offer some repair on some instruments. I would call them to confirm for your instrument's specific issue.
Just walk in. You might not get if fixed at that time though, depending upon the repair.
You will have to call and ask or go in to the store. I don't think any of the employees actually come here to answer questions.

I know the guy who runs the band instrument department there, I shot him a text and this was his response: Depends on model (student or professional, name brand or non-name brand) we play test the instruments before and after cleaning. Basic cleaning, including play tests, starts at $15. The price could be more depending on adjusting, pads, adjustment cork, etc.
