Pizza crust was so greasy that it almost fell apart on an original crust large pepperoni. It was like eating a thin crust that had been that had been soaked in grease.

I ordered total 3 pizzas. Out of 3 pizzas, one I ordered was veggie lovers, the mushroom had visible dirt on it. I attached the pictures. When I called the Pizza Hut on Maple Avenue in Zanesville, Ohio and told about it. The staff and manager said, it’s not a big issue. That’s how we make our pizza. Dirt usually gets cooked in the oven. They said we can not help you. You can write any comment you wish. We don’t care.

I ordered food they told me it would be delivered to me in an hour food never showed up & the store won’t answer the phone.

Walked up to the door & employees standin outside the min door smoking. Went to order drinks& waitress disn know what drinks they had & no juice for kids or sweet tea.Asked for booster seats when we come in an had to ask again. Brought bread sticks and no plates.Waitress seemed a little stoned and didn't speak loud enough o hear her when she did speak.Had to ask 2 times after broght food to get plates and then only brought 2 for 4 people.HORRIBLE !!
