Great experience with Budget Blinds of Mid and Outer Cape. Sent a consultation email on a weeknight and Ron called the next morning to set up an in home appointment. He was great to work with and was very helpful in choosing the right blind for our windows. A few weeks later, Chester and his team came to the house and installation was done quickly and efficiently. They were wonderful! Windows look beautiful and we would not hesitate to use them again! Very easy process from beginning to end and wonderful people to work with.

Purchased plantation shutters and custom shade for my condo. They look fantastic, lots of compliments. Ron and staff provide great service, super helpful, and very responsive when I needed some follow-up adjustments following install. Highly recommend!

We could not have had a worse experience. The entire second floor shades were faulty, now five months later after paying in full we have still not seen replacements. We also paid for shutters, that five months later are still not in. Cole keeps making up excuses as to why we still don't have what we paid for in full. Update- the owner fixed the situation- and was honest about the mistakes made- we really appreciate his efforts and would do business with them again
