Location is as ratchet as it gets. They forgot my crazy bread had to remind them I ordered it and it was an online order. Pizza was poorly cut and crust was oversized. Won't be going back

Good pizza as always.. The only issue was drive-thru only and had to wait in line an extra half hour.

The people there don't want to work. No matter where you DECIDE to work, you were hired, suppose to do your best. Always see only 1 maybe 2 people doing their job, out of about 5 to 7 crew members. Wouldn't be surprised if this location in Garfield Heights closes. They need to close, remodel, regroup and hire Better workers

Pizza was meant to be ready 30 minutes ago. Sat in their drive through for 30 minutes because the lobby was closed even though we had a code for the pizza gate to just walk in and pick it up. The employee working the window was nice and the pizza today was actually better than it usually is at this location, but not great. Couldn't even tell the difference between the "classic cheese" and the "extra most bestest" we ordered. We used to get Little Caesars almost every week, but because of the quality of the food and service at this spot, we actually stopped going to Little Caesars altogether 6 months ago and only came back because we had a coupon from TMobile. Can't say this was really a redeeming experience.
