Don't buy lottery tickets at this gas station. Tickets constantly get stuck in the machine or it gives an error code and takes your money. Employees aren't able to access machine to get your ticket out or give you a refund.Hi Tom, we are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We do have a process for when there is a jam in the instant ticket vending machine. If a Manager, Assistant, or Shift Manager is on duty they are able to open the machine and retrieve the ticket for the customer. If a Manager is not available the Customer Service Rep (CSR) will gladly write down your contact information so that a Manager can reach to provide that jammed ticket. Please make sure to reach out to the store if you experienced a ticket jam and a manager will help to resolve it. We will also monitor this machine to make sure this is not an ongoing issue.
