Everytime I ordered from here, "Sorry sir, we out of Coke". I proceed to ask for the 2-liter option, out of that too! Only thing left is the Lemonade 2-liter. Luckily, I paid a bit extra this time (I did 30% to test the service) and since calling, Mike said he would deliver me the Coke from a gas station. (Give that man a medal for going above and beyond!) If I didn't call, I would be drinking bottled water, which I could get a better water option for $3.98 somewhere else. 3* originally, bumped to 4* for excellent customer service. After a few moments, decided to reflect the excellent customer service, 5*.

The worst place ever to order pizza my order was wrong they put sausage instead of beef when i pacifically told the cashier that i can't eat pork rigging up the prices cooks without mask on a female talking over the people food while parparing it in her bakini bra workers running outside to smoke weed nobody was washing and/or disinfecting there hands this place is disgusting needs to be shut down immediately...this review is for papa johns pizza in east Cleveland

Ordered two pizzas for 45 dollars and they were wrong. I could have just gone to McDonald's to get my order wrong for 10 dollars. I'm tired of paying up front to get no quality service. From now on I'm not paying until after I inspect the food.
