Even though all the sites were booked, Allen made accommodations for us, he went way out of his way for us. Great hospitality, specially during these Burney days. Really close to Burney Falls and Baum lake, which hubby caught three good size trout. Pretty close to town of Burney.

Great little RV camp ground (they also have cabins and tent sites). The owner was super nice and accommodating. It was peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Nice showers, bathrooms and laundry area. Definitely worth the time if you are looking for a nice spot to stay near the State park! We are definitely coming back for future trips!

This is a great rv place with full hookups right near the falls. I'd give 5 stars but the bathrooms need a little help. The owner is awesome. Super nice guy. Makes sure all his guests are happy and have everything they need. He definitely working hard to get this place ship shape. We had a very nice stay.

This place is under new management, owned by a gentlemen named Allen. We stayed 2 nights in our travel trailer and had an awesome time! Super quiet and relaxing. Allen is really improving this place to bring it up to its true potential. No more permanent residence like the last owner allowed. Felt safe, comfortable, and relaxed the entire time. Oh and you're only a 2 minute drive from the falls, and about 25 minutes from the Subway cave lava tubes(check them out). The full hook ups were awesome, the wifi was lacking- however when I brought it up to management they informed me that 2 wifi boosters were on order to help stretch out the signal. So that shouldn't be a problem in the future. Overall we had an awesome time with no regrets, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Yes. I have a trailer there full time. I don't live there, but some people do. The lady that runs the place is very nice. It's cheap and walking distance to Burney Falls and close to the bridge from stand by me.
