Del and the guys at Lakeside Trading were a pleasure to work with on the purchase and installation of my 8 x 16 Monterey shed. It was a tight squeeze down a side drive that was more of a goat path but they carefully got it through with no scratches or issues. I mean these guys waded through a tree line of hemlocks and a rain of needles down the back of the neck to keep the branches from damaging the shingles or siding. The site I prepared I thought was fairly level but was still a little high in the rear and they were able to adjust it on shims and blocks that were all included. It was a good experience front and back and I am loving it and the extra space in my garage already.

GREAT experience with these guys. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable and thorough, but never pushy. Offered suggestions when we needed them, but again, no big sales pitches. They were dependable and showed up on time for the preliminary appointment and then also on delivery day. (Our backyard access was not wide enough to deliver the shed fully assembled, so they needed to complete it on-site, which they did beautifully.) We just love this shed. It’s a solid, quality piece of workmanship that really dresses up the yard. HIGHLY recommend Lakeside Trading. (Note: We installed the lattice showing along bottom ourselves… was sort of an afterthought. Cannot recall if that was an option or not with Lakeside, but given that we live along a wooded area, wanted to minimize critters using the space beneath as their new cozy home : )

Needed a shed that mimic's our garage since that was becoming storage. Went with the 12x22 Cape with a few options (heavier floor, and center joists) overhang, copula, etc.. Lakeside also moved our existing shed, prior to placing the new one. Despite the 12-16 week lead time it was ready in I believe 8 (and I was not due to the fabulous New England Winters), delivery was scheduled for 9-11am, and they again showed up early. Couldn't be happier with the shed, the staff at Lakeside Trading, and the delivery staff. While this picture is not installed or landscaped or finished, it matched our house finish almost perfectly. $299 and up for Poly Adirondacks and just over $200 for Wood. Many of the Adirondacks we carry in stock fold up for easy transport and storage. We have many colors and styles to choose from.
8x8 sheds start around $2k. The popular sizes 10x12 and 10x14 have a price range of $3k-$4.5k. The very popular 12x16s start at under $6k. Pricing includes one-piece delivery and installation in RI.
If the spot where your shed is going is fairly level (within 12”) the concrete block, which we provide will work great as a foundation and also allows air to pass underneath the shed keeping the floor dry (very important for the longevity of the building!). For spots more than 12” out of level, we like to come to take a look ourselves or at least see pictures. To level the area out we can add more and/or larger blocks under the shed, build a stone pad, boulder retaining wall, or do some light excavation. Give us a call to schedule a free site check if you think your area needs some site preparation.
Delivery and installation are free with any shed or outdoor structure purchase. Our in-house team has experience installing thousands of items and will set up and place your shed or structure exactly where you’d like.
Usually, soap and water do the trick, but a Magic Eraser always helps. We’ve also found that Star Brite cleaner works great, especially on white poly furniture.
The Amish furniture makers who supply us use recycled #2 plastic (soda bottles & milk jugs), 100% marine-grade stainless steel hardware, and UV inhibitors in the color dye mix. This combination adds up to poly furniture that’s virtually maintenance-free and very easy to own. Our wood furniture is made with premium-grade pressure treated southern yellow pine that holds up great to the elements as well.

Yes! Our sheds and outdoor structures all come with a 10-year workmanship warranty that covers any manufacturing defects.
We recommend contacting your local township office for information on permits. Typically, any structure larger than 8x8 or 64 sq. ft. is required to have a permit, and sheds larger than 200 sq. ft. (12x16/10x20 just under) require cement footings or a cement slab.
