am 5 years customer but I order last week send me mode and garbage leaf and 15lb spend almost 500$. Customer service so unprofessional told me never every not buy from this company

So far terrible customer service. As for the Product, can't say as never arrived. I was told to wait. I waited. Then to contact the post office. Then customs. Then wait some more to see if the shipping company might decide to send it back to them and then I might get a refund. A good smoke is rarer than I imagined! I now add to the above review having been contacted by their customer services once more. I was again told to do the leg work to locate my order. Then told I was trashing them on Google. Still waiting for that smoke.

Terrible service. Read the fine print before you order from this shop. In fact You should just order from whole leaf and others. If you order any whole leaf tobacco that’s not pre- packaged from this place it takes 3-5 days business days before they even build your order. And really it’s 5 because they are not in hurry here at all. If you order in the middle of the week your order won’t even be built until the following week. You can pay extra for same day shippping OR next day shipping at a premium but I don’t think you should have to pay extra for good service. This is just lazy outdated service mindset and another way to gouge customers of you want good service. I heard the product was decent but it’s not worth the terrible service. In 2022 you shouldn’t have to wait over two weeks to get tobacco that’s in the same country while paying a premium for shipping. I’ve ordered product from outside the US that makes it here quicker and payed LESS for shipping. Btw they will sell you product that is out of stock and you won’t know it until after you have made the purchase. So that 2 week can turn into 3 weeks real quick because their inventory management is also outdated. Great concept and website but terrible management ruins the experience.

Leaf Only is Awesome. I ordered a sample of St. James perique, and a sample of Nicotina Rustica wild. The package arrived safely and packed with care. Both Leaves are the HIGHEST QUALITY I have ever seen. No mold, Nothing but Top shelf tobacco. I am blown away. I will never go anywhere but here ever again. I am mixing some pipe blends, but I am smoking St. James perique straight. Delicious and extremely fresh. This is a real treat for me. You need to try this store. HIGHEST Quality. Customer for Life.
