I ordered a dozen doughnuts this morning, 2 were Boston Cream. When I got them to the office, it was noted that there was no cream in either of them. I called the office several times before Heidi/Amber answered. She answered by saying "hold on please" and set the phone down. Heidi/Amber then proceeded to take drive through orders for the next 15 minutes without returning to the phone. Talk about unprofessional and inconsiderate customer service. She was the worst I have ever encountered. Go to Schuler's Bakery instead. The staff, coffee and doughnuts are far better! To update: I called back and spoke with the manager. When I advised her what happened she blew it off, stated well we were busy. She also said, "Why don't you come in and get a job here." She then accused me of being rude. She also stated it was Amber who answered and left the phone setting there.

Ordered 2 breakfast wraps and 2 donuts. Food was excellent. Donuts were fresh and delicious. The employees were all excellent. The lady who took our order was super friendly and very fast and efficient while waiting on us

Today my card got declined. I'm not sure why, but as I was pulling out my other card the cashier offered to get my drink for me. I was having a hard day, and I just wanted to come here to say that act of kindness totally turned my bad day around. The coffee was amazing, too! Thank you, and I'll definitely be coming back!!!
