DQ is over-priced low-quality in the first place. This location is an absolute mess and getting worse. I understand that they say they are “understaffed and training lots of people”, but… This year in the drive through lane I had the employee hand me a blizzard that was completely overfilled and had melted ice milk dripping down the sides…repeatedly, blizzards are almost not mixed, top half is vanilla ice milk, bottom half is almost all candy. Recently one was about 2/3 ice milk with very little candy mixed in at all. I received another like this and picked 3 separate pieces of torn white plastic out of it. If there’s torn up packages getting into it, what else is being dropped in there? That’s enough for me, I’ll go elsewhere or do without.

Love Dairy Queen but the last time I was at the one in urbana the milkshakes were not shakes at all they were more like milk with flavoring and chunks of fruit.

Really good! Love DQ shredded chicken sandwiches, topped off with a simple vanilla ice cream cone. 😋
