Fantastic customer service made a bad situation right! When our family had an issue with our Best Buy purchased washer the manager Ray and sales associate Zeke went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Great job keeping and cultivating a relationship with loyal customers, we will most certainly be back for future purchases and are telling all our friends and family to shop your store!

I bought a TV. I like the TV. It's a 55 inch LG with webOS so we can access stuff like YouTube without having to Chromecast it. Unfortunately it took them a while to find the TV because it wasn't where it was supposed to be, and when we turned it on at home, the screen was broke. They told us to keep it until early next week and they will replace it. I'm not disappointed. The price was fair. Sam's Club had pretty much the same TV for the same price. On The Fourth, Sam's had 2 in stock, Best Buy had 4, and come Thursday, Sam's had zero and Best Buy had one that they had difficulty finding. Apparently it's a TV that a lot of people like.

My husband and I went to Best Buy in Ontario, Ohio to purchase a new TV. We also needed a stand for the new TV. Upon entering the store, we were very pleasantly greeted & asked if we needed any help with anything. I had just helped my husband into a wheelchair & the young man who greeted us told us where the TV's were located and said he would call someone to meet us at the TV section to assist us. A very nice young man named Wyatt helped us with our purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the TV's & was so polite & helpful. We would highly recommend this store.

Your unfortunate situation is the result of massive cost cutting in an effort to show profitability to stock holders in the face of shrinking market share and profit margin. Cost cutting and overpriced services are keeping the doors open. Best buy would prefer to keep customer service staff domestic but Americans are not willing to work for a reasonable wage in the face of massive inflation and government handouts.
I am certain they cannot do it in-house and would need to ship it out for repair, which you could do too. Look at 14 days turnaround time due to mail delays. If you have their Total Tech plan you wouldn't pay for their time with the controller but would still pay parts, and shipping. Hope this helps you Landon.

They have all kinds of phones. You can buy them through a provider (Verizon, ATT...) and some are unlocked however I noticed they have a hard time with it unless you buy a sim or tell them you have a sim card for it.
