After standing in a very long line, I encountered the lone, surly window clerk when inquiring about a package that the post office has lost. I did not get any resolution because she's "...only a window clerk" and proceeded to tell me what time she got to work, how they have to take a lunch break, as if that was my concern. A front-facing employee! I suggest people start doing what I did, file a complaint with USPS.

Horrible experience it never fails. No pens to write on a package I ask a post office associate her exact words: I only have one pen and it’s for me. I asked politely how am I suppose to send a package without writing a address that requires a pen? Her Response was unacceptable and not professional. Eventually one nice post office associate said she has a pen I thanked her for her customer service and sent my package. This location lacks customer service, professionalism, and basic necessities (like pens) and it will continue to happen until employees are reprimanded for their UNACCEPTABLE behavior.

Staffing levels are so low the waits are always unacceptable. It shows a general disdain for the people who use Roxbury’s main Post Office that is a disgrace, and would not be tolerated in any white area. Says a white guy.

Sure true the mailman we got is just like that and he holds on to our mail so we can't get our mail on time or sometime at all
That's means it won't arrived until December 26
Because different mailman AR helping other mailman out for overtime so they trying to deliver all mail and packages before 8 p.m.
Did you pay with check or money order? It may have possibly been stolen so you'll need proof of payment to file a report to provide the company you're trying to pay. Then also call the 1-800 number for the post office to file a complaint so they ca investigate the lost mail

Time varies depending on who's running it. Can be early as 11am or as late as 5pm. Mail deliveries and package deliveries also have separate delivery times also so mail could be delivered early in the day and packages later or vice versa
