Bus stop shelter has hole over corner bench so disabled cant sit and the bench legs on opposite side are destroyed by rust . Also harrassment from Arthur bluebag that likes to trigger the disabled and gets in faces claiming to check the trash bags placed under bench. Monday morning a strange man came at 8 am grabbing bag of trash asking me to get up and move so he photograph the seat, but they do not speak english or ignore my questions and arthur says he doesn't know them. Last friday arthur physically attacked me, touch and breathing spit, after weeks and months of me telling him to stay away and do not touch me. Verbally attacking me he says what are you gonna do about it? He knows I have ptsd from navy and police assaults so he knows I wont call the police. After punching him I called heather the assistant manager at my govt housing at 304 greenville she said she will talk to him because he is starting troubles with his flag games. I have bipolar, spinal cord and traumatic brain injury and ptsd preventing me from understanding simple things like apps. I want a disabled bus pass and learned walgreens a mile away can help. Problem is arthur lives on that street and I fear more stalking. I am told to just walk away from trouble, but if I cannot stand and walk away what do I do ? Stay calm, I have bipolar and when pushed into ptsd how do I stay calm? Who do I call when everyone I call says call this number for help and when I do they give me a new number to call.
