Not sure how/why they have all the 5 star reviews, because our recent experience with them, both over the phone and in-person, was very disappointing. The gentlemen we spoke with were very rude, impatient, dismissive and not interested in helping with simple questions. I understand your everyday $100-$200 customer isn’t as profitable as a large commercial customer, but we should be treated the same. Do better!! I’d never come back here again if they didn’t carry the quality of wood that is difficult to come by locally.
