Called yesterday to schedule a pick up for 9am today been up since 7:30 in case they come early and they never showed up called after 10 and was told they arrived but never got a phone call or anything i suggest people find another way to get from RI to NY because this isnt how you do business and i used their transportation numerous times in the past

It is the worst agency to travel too irresponsible, I called on Friday to set aside my space for Saturday the 27th and they told me to call me and they didn't call me. I lost two days at work and I called again to set aside space for Monday the 29th at 1 The afternoon and this is the hour 6:57 they have me waiting for them to call me 30 minutes to three and I call nothing to find out and they hang up the call I do not recommend them at all believe me if you plan to travel do not travel in this company they speak lies and they put my job at risk. Irresponsible and liars !!!!!
