I REALLY LIKE THIS LAUNDROMAT, ITS CLEAN, PRICES ARE GOOD AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. THE PASSION HE TAKES TO HIS JOB I ADMIRED TIL RECENTLY I HAVE BEEN MISSING ONE OR TWO ITEMS OF CLOTHING WHEN I PICKED MY THINGS UP, IM HOPING THIS DOESNT HAPPEN AGAIN:)

When a price change occurs clients should be told upfront not after the fact. You didnt fully disclose your increased price. The attendant that took my order wasnt the owner, she didnt fully disclose the rate changes, just the total. Again, when you have a specific rate change you should be upfront and notify clients that the rate they formally paid is no longer the current rate, not sneak it into the to totals as it not clearly defined as an individually noted line item on tickets, simply totals are written based on weight/volume. Also posting the appropriate signage would alert clients that your prices have changed.

Small laundromat with wash and fold services. It's always clean inside and low key. Nice friendly people run the business. We've been taking advantage of the wash & fold for a few years. They have handled large bundles; clothes, blankets and comforters very well. Very satisfied!

By far one of the best local coins laundromat I ever been. The new machine is up to date and wash and fold is very reasonable price you can choose your detergent and dryer sheets. Definitely recommend.
