Hit or miss. Great if you're looking to get started. Selections for gear are very limited for more advanced players. Most staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Wouldn't recommend for repairs. Their guitar tech botched a very simple rewiring for me that i ended up fixing myself. Just order from Sweetwater if you know what you need.

Bad customer service. Matter of fact it a black guy and I'm black. He had an attitude about a return. If it doesn't work and I can't use it then I want my money back. He acts like he owns the store. Never I will shop there again. He's lucky that I didn't get his name. I will put him on front street

This place has very disrespectful and judgmental employees. I buy storage units and found a box of new music chords, a Bluetooth piano, a speaker mount, and headphone amp. This dude and his manager said it’s “way too suspicious that all those items from this store would be in a storage unit so we can’t help you”. We’re in the middle of rich Atlanta and this amount of items is suspicious??? People are ridiculous. Look at these pics and tell me does this look like I robbed a guitar center smh.
