We needed 3 fans for our new home in On Top of the World. Lauren was our CSR. We knew what we wanted. 2 were available now, 1 would be 3 to 5 mos. To our surprise we had all 3 the following week! Thank you Lauren! We'll be back in a few weeks for lighting. We had used Ferguson in Las Vegas and it's great to know their service is here in this store as well.

Customer service is really bad. Have had several issues with my Wolf products and phone calls are never returned. One problem after another. Wish I had purchased another brand and used another dealer

They should have everything u need you can call them to make sure befor u go their and if they dont have it in stock they can get it next day
