Course was in pretty good shape but no cart service at all. When in the snack shop, flies were all over hot dog. We played late so maybe things were just turned off. We did have a good time

Golfed last monday there. Found a wedge on 18. Went to dropoff cart and dropped off wedge with lost and found. I left my magnetic bushnell range finder stuck to the side of my golf cart. Called a week later and no luck. I guess the cart boys they employ decided it was theirs to keep - called clubhouse and they told me to come on site to talk to cart boys. Would appreciate a manager asking the staff that worked last monday who found it. I know someone did. Shameless activity by the employees.

Our group played Glade Valley today and I feel the need to relate this poor experience. The course was in very nice condition and the greens were excellent. When we reached the ninth green one of our players drove his cart up over the hill from the left of the green and realized he was to close to the green. He turned the cart around and proceeded to drive back to wear the cart arrow signs were and back over to the cart path to the right side of the green. At this point I was witness to the most inconsiderate act of public relations I have ever seen. Instead of warning the cart operator of the violation he proceeded to curse our group out for at least 5 minutes. I understand him being upset but a warning of being asked to leave if this occurred again would of been sufficient. Instead he swore and belittled our group member holding up our play with his continuous ranting using every cuss word in the book! If in fact this is the owner of the course he needs to learn some customer relations or maybe attend a anger management seminar. I doubt if anyone in our group of 15 players will ever return after this incident. Im very disappointed and offended that we were subjected to this kind of treatment.

Not really a fan of this course. Distances on tees on the tee box markers and benches are inconsistent and not very close to what they really are. Greens are seriously inconsistent one to the next and hole placement just seems to always be placed in the worst possible spot. Not a green on there that doesn't make putting a ball a maddening experience. Tree lines are set to frustrate. Bunkers are horrid and just a bunch of packed sand. Tees seem to be well ripped apart and not very level, and grass is thick enough to lose a ball in the fairways, and impossible to find one in the rough. Come on guys...cut your grass already. Road outward bound is a pot-hole festival that has some that will damage your rim if you run over it. Also, it is nice there are plenty of ball washers, but most were dry.

Hi Carol, You would have to call the golf course pro shop and ask for information on golf lessons. Every course has a pro who provides golf lessons or can connect you with a good instructor. Hope this is helpful and have fun swinging (*_*)
