An amazing piece of Americana! This place has been open since 1948 and probably hasn't changed a bit since 1968, and I mean that in the best possible way! Its small balls and duck pins. You get 3 balls per frame. Great for kids and adults just looking to relax. They serve beer and food so grab yourself a cold one for this ride down memory lane. Be sure to call ahead and reserve a lane!

Play Local! 10-lanes duckpin alley. Nostalgic hand scoring. We came for a youth league tournament. Close quarters, not a lot of extra space for spectators. Food: pizza & nuggets were ok. Steak & Cheese sub was delicious (lettuce tomato and mayonnaise on mine). Quarter machines for kids to spend their chore money. Had a great time.

Waited for 10 minutes for someone to come get us shoes etc. There was someone there wearing a bowling center shirt but never came over to help. They spent the entire time talking to the only other person in the place so we left.

Doesn’t get any more Maryland than cheap beers and duckpin bowling. Well, I suppose you could throw in some crabs, but this place is awesome without them. Do yourself a favor and go here!
