Enterprises is always a great choice to rent, The personal in the office where I usually has been rent for the last few years rock! and the customer services, cars, and price are the best.

I'm going to update my review from 5 years ago because I'm very disappointed with Enterprise. It is 2022 and renting this time has been ridiculously overly priced. Employee was not even an accommodating one. I picked up this rental (red 2020 Toyota Corola w/Kentucky plates!) and he mentioned "this is a free upgrade!". We ealked around and we bot noted scratches which looked like someone side swipped it a bit on the driver side, us some other dings which to me are NOT a super great upgrade. Windshield on the 2nd day driving during a bit of rain was not whipping well and upon looking at it, the rubber was broken. Second, inside smelled horrendous, no mats and pretty dirty on the roof, some kind of splatter that looks like blood? He didnt even go with the features like others in the past have done for me. Only the outside was washed but a pretty shody job. I also mentioned the fact that last year I paid $500+ for a 2 week rental and this time around, for the same amount of weeks I needed it for, I'm paying more than $2,000! Told him the fact that a different rental company was charging for a 23 day stay $900+ right at the airport, and all he said was "do you want to go that route then?", no expression, not even an upsell, and just a very poor job at customer service skills, and I am in the customet service industry for 33+ years. Very disappointing to say the least. When I asked why the huge price increase, all he had to say was "we don't have enough cars in the lot"!. W. T. F. I will not be renting from them ever again and come next year will be choosing the other route. This pandemic has done nothing but create businesses to overly charge for things and have piss poor customer service. Enterprise is no more a quality rental for customers who are rewards users, and I have a feeling this location will close in the future and they're price gauging us customers!

I would give 100 stars to Cheryns and Nicholas who are incredibly friendly and helpful-great team here!! BUT the cars….needed two separate rentals this past week. Both cars were supposedly cleaned but they were both dirty and smelled really funky, enough so that Febreze, a tree and a vent freshener didn’t make a dent. I know the Wrangler’s seats were cleaned because they were wet. Perhaps the smell comes from the cleanser they use? Nooks and crannies filthy with crumbs/dirt-just gross. Their saving Grace are their employees, hands down.

It depends on what kind of car you want to rent. From $ 80.00 for two days to $ 500.00 for two days
I rent 3 cars in Massachusetts's February 2 of them from enterprise and iwas asked for my bank atm for payment s all 3 of them ask me for my atm card for payment
I think it's the amount of your rental total or $300, and shows as a hold until you return the car.
