Great place to live. Beautiful grounds that are very well maintained and the office and maintenance staff are always very nice and extremely helpful anytime you may need them. The newer apartment buildings popping up all over the place may have fancier amenities and such but they're always doing upgrades here and there's nothing better than walking outside and being surrounded by trees and beautiful landscaping. Its very peaceful here in my opinion and a great place for us dog owners as well. You can decide to live at a place where you walk outside surrounded by parking lots and busy streets or live here and be surrounded by the woods, green grass, chirping birds, the occasional deer or two and plenty of peace and quiet. (They are in the process of replacing the old vinyl siding and upgrading all the doors and windows but that should wrap up fairly soon.) It's good here : )

It's pretty nice but far from luxury. No elevators, people moving in and out like crazy. Paper thin walls don't help either. Luxury is not the word I would ever use to describe this place. I'm a resident and have been here for a few years. Julie is very nice and helps as much as she can. The parking is a little unorganized and confusing as well. They should be numbered so your spot is available when you come home. Numerous times,especially lately people will take my spot in the front and you have no idea who's not supposed to be parking there. It's like first come first serve. Even though I pay for two guaranteed parking spaces. I'd say that this place isn't really worth what I'm paying. Make your own choices in life though. Don't go by what others think 🤔

Hi James. We do not have any elevators at The Woodlands at Abington Station, so residents need to use the stairs when living above the ground floor.
