Yes, since 98% of all support can be done remotely these days, we can service clients all over the world. If an onsite visit is needed in a location too far from RI, we use a network of trusted outsourced technicians.
No we do not do traditional computer repair any longer. We only support small business that do not want or can't afford to hire full time IT staff.
