I have used Onsite Techs for both my office and home for years. Whether it is tech support or installing new equipment Mike and his team are top notch. They monitor and maintain my office IT continuously and prevent and fix problems before I even realize there is a problem. Yes, since 98% of all support can be done remotely these days, we can service clients all over the world. If an onsite visit is needed in a location too far from RI, we use a network of trusted outsourced technicians.

Do you do computer repair?

No we do not do traditional computer repair any longer. We only support small business that do not want or can't afford to hire full time IT staff.
