This is a terrible place! I asked for glazed chocolate munchkins and they did NOT glazed at all. Then asked to get some that were glazed and they are telling me to pay again to get what I ordered?! Wow. I didn't even eat one. This is ridiculous. Will not be coming coming again. The people clearly don't know how to be friendly. And telling me I'm wrong and saying that they were glazed when they clearly weren't. If I didn't want glaze it wouldn't be an issue. Dunkin is going down hill and it's sad to see that.

Okay DD location. The donut selection was pretty sparse. Bathrooms were pretty dirty. Employees were very nice, but also very young looking, which may account for the lack of attendance in keeping bathrooms tidy.

Disappointed with soggy glazed donuts. Was going to bring to a class room and had to throw the bag away. Wasted money and time. This was my third time try at this location in four mos. This was definitely last time. Locating another bakery. 😒 Hope they listen to customers complaints. Such a good location to have a great business.

I’m typically not one to write a review, however, this problem has been quite consistent. Almost every time I order my usual stuffed bagel minis and hash browns they are frozen in the center. The workers there are as sweet as can be but I think management needs improvement for this location in particular. I’ve noticed that the quality of the coffee is inconsistent as well. Some times my drink is SUPER sweet and then sometimes it’s SUPER bland.
