Excellent customer service, a super cozy atmosphere, and great pretzels + muffins. You should absolutely stop there next time you're walking down Mass Ave.

All the nice baked items in the photos are completely gone. They have tasteless bagels, scones, etc. The avocado toast uses flavorless cheap tomatoes and is on very thick bread. The hot chocolate tastes like a corner store packet mix was used. Edit in response to reply: there were no pretty cakes, pies, or donuts like the photos indicate this morning. If this is what you are looking for, be prepared to go elsewhere.

All employees and customers are required to wear masks on the premises. Hand sanitizer is available at the register, and we frequently wipe down & sanitize all working surfaces. At this time there is no indoor seating available. We only offer takeout, but do have tables and chairs set up outside the bakery for customer use.
But it's great anyway. Also good sandwiches. Get the pretzel bread roll.
Nope—this bakery does not specialize in allergy-friendly baked goods, just your standard (excellent) cafe/bakery
