Went there to have our pool water tested and they were very helpful in recommending ways to take better care of out pool. Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout. Yes, some items are on the pricey side, but pools are already pricey.

Best place for a water test. They are always knowledgeable staff that are trained compared to other places that don’t know what they’re doing. Any pool needs you need, this is definitely the place, sometimes prices can be a little on the high side but they do have a rewards program you can build up points with and save money.

My pool was originally installed in 1989. In 2018 I had a new liner installed. I was told that wrinkles on the steps would eventually resolve, they ever did and I now have horrible wrinkles spreading throughout the pool. Covid closed everything down and I was unable to get assistance and each year they have gotten worse. I am extremely disappointed since Concord blames chlorine for the issue. I am very disappointed by the lack of customer service by Concord since I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. My liner is a eyesore and Concord will not send someone to look at it.
