Oct 17, 2021 @8 am Cashier at #1 check out was actually not typical for Hannaford Latham. She was professional, efficient, gracious, friendly...and obviously extremely experienced. She even plastic bagged the whole chicken in my basket. Those extra touches that used to be the norm. Very impressed! Thank you! She deserves 5 stars+ a raise vacation and executive position! Smart as the last impression in a grocery is the cashier....i'd be back Entering the store Oct 17th you begin at Produce. More typical for Hannaford was produce today. Sunday produces is always blocked. No longer a produce depart that starts with early delivery. Has all main stock out by 7 am. It is a maze to get around oroduce works and their carts. Worst the produce employee wearing a black Hoodie..with hoodie up on head on store floor. His favorite word is F--K! He stood with might be the produce manger gabbing away in front of entire citrus section F--K this F--K that..went on for at least the 5 min I waited to get to citrus section. I came back to produce. He was with same guy F--K over and over. His pattern said, no respect don't shop at Hannaford! Where are the store managers and district overseers? Sept 11 Went for weekly Sunday morning shopping. Produce. Employees blocked everything stocking. They did not get out of way. Half of employees in groups talking loud about personal non business. Isle...filled with stockers..couldn't get shopping done. Self check out...waited and waited..and never got assistance by self check out staff. Left and shopped at Market 32.

The people in pharmacy were pleasant and very efficient. My records were sent from another Hannaford - well, I was really pleased at the efficiency.
