The shuttle driver at 1AM (!) on Jun 28, 2022 was phenomenal! Our flight was delayed, and her energy and thoughtfulness at that hour was unexpected and very much appreciated.

Reasonably priced for it's location. We parked at 3:30 am for our departure and the shuttle was right there. After a week away I had forgotten where we parked and the driver was not willing to drive around the lot in the dark to allow us to find the car. She said she had to get back to arrivals. But we were close to the spot where another couple had gotten off so we were all set.

I would recommend lot e for parking. Very easy to get from the lot to the terminal. The shuttle service drivers were very helpful to find our vehicle because we forgot to keep a record of where we parked! Totally satisfied with the service and with Diane in customer service. She was great, went above and beyond to help with an issue we had with the coupon!! VERY SATISFIED! Thank you again Diane!

I have arrived very late at night and they usually are available pretty quickly. I have never had to call anyone they just circle around and keep making trips to the lot. I've probably only had to wait 5 min tops.
I agree with Ken. You can always find a coupon. Or if you sign up for their card entry you will get the discounted rate always. The discounted rate is typically equal to the coupon savings. In the long term lot E it would be a daily rate, which was my experiences. If you do park there arrive an extra 20minutes or so early to take into account the parking and shuttle timing. It is a 24 hour shuttle. The shuttle was always great, no problems, no matter the time, even when getting dropped off at your car when you arrive home late. I have had a driver during inclement weather at 1:00am bring all the riders individually to their cars making sure that we were safe in our car and that the car started as well!
